    complimentary beverages
    unclean linens
    poor communication

The hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea, and water throughout the day.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. First, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with bed linens appearing unwashed and containing hair. Additionally, communication with the front desk was difficult as staff had limited English proficiency, which complicated basic inquiries. Lastly, the location felt quite isolated, making it necessary to rely on expensive taxi services to reach popular sites.

    isolated location
    expensive transportation

It’s a culinary dream come true! The hotel even had free coffee, tea, and water available around the clock. Francisco, the awesome van driver, was a lifesaver for getting around.

But here's the kicker, the location isn’t exactly a tourist haven—going to the hotspots requires cab rides that can burn a hole in your wallet. A shuttle would’ve been a smooth move for getting us to the action!

    Helpful staff make a difference

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Clean rooms and a delightful breakfast made mornings enjoyable.

The location left much to be desired. It felt isolated, as there were limited options nearby, which necessitated costly taxi rides for sightseeing.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my visit enjoyable. I loved the included breakfast and appreciated the availability of free coffee, tea, and water throughout my stay. However, the lack of an airport shuttle was disappointing. Limited English at the front desk created some challenges.

    Not the best stay

The room was just okay, but the bedsheets were super dirty with stains. Ugh! When we asked for new sheets, they just handed them to us and expected us to change them ourselves. Also, there’s no airport shuttle, which was a big bummer since the airport is so close. At least the snack bar had some decent options.

Just a proper fit for a weekend stopover in Mexico City with value for money. I really enjoyed the free coffee and tea available all day. Consider using taxis for your travels, they add up quickly.

    limited english communication

The staff displayed exceptional friendliness and assistance throughout the stay, making it a pleasant experience. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the Standard Queen Room maintained well. The breakfast included in the reservation offered a delightful assortment of Spanish dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience. However, the location felt somewhat isolated, lacking in nearby attractions, which meant relying on taxis for excursions. Additionally, communication in limited English was a slight hurdle during some interactions, which became frustrating at times.
